The 4-phase development has impressive amenities, including a 70,000-square-foot community park with water features located above an underground parking garage. An indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, gymnasium, bowling alley, private theater, banquet hall, and ballroom are also included. Phase 1 was completed in 2016.
