Extreme Powerwash Ltd. provided pre-construction and final construction services for Parq Vancouver (formerly Parq Urban Resort and Casino)  for Ellis Don Construction Svc Inc. Positioned on a challenging and previously unused site adjacent to BC Place, the U-shaped building contains two Marriott hotels with a combined 518 rooms, one with luxury suites.

An international entertainment destination, the facility includes a 72,000-sq-ft casino, eight restaurants, bars and lounges; and Canada’s largest hotel ballroom. On the rooftop of the casino complex’s six-storey podium, a large 30,000-sq-ft treed rooftop park features over 200 native pines. The design concept pays tribute to BC’s natural beauty, and is designed to meet LEED Gold standards.
