Extreme Powerwash Ltd. provided construction cleaning and labor services for Mandarin Residences for ITC Construction Group.

Wall Financial and the Fairborne Group together with ITC are constructing the development known as Mandarin Residences.  This project consists of two 15 storey market towers totaling 347 units with retail space for Scotia Bank, one level of underground parking, 3.5 levels of above grade parking and amenity areas.

Designed by IBI Group this project is located in the heart of Richmond with the Brighouse Station Canada Line at its doorstep.
